Both times, the staff made me feel like I’d stumbled into a five-star hotel disguised as a really well-run four-star. I’ve stayed in places that cost twice as much and didn’t come close to this level of service. The front desk? Rockstars. They helped me with currency exchange, held my luggage without a second thought, and even let me check in early — which felt like a miracle after a transatlantic haul. They were consistently kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that my stay went well. Honestly, if they’d offered to adopt me and let me live behind the reception desk, I might’ve considered it. "It was the greatest stay ever! I arrived with a big problem in hand: my eSIM was not working. The front desk staff (specially Lucie) went above and beyond even using her phone to solve my problem. And breakfast had good choices, with very friendly staff. "
